Install Kowork

Kowork is currently available for Apple Silicon Macs and 64-bit Windows computers.

Windows	64-bit Windows computer	kowork-electron-win-x64.exe

Intel Macs and Linux are not supported yet.

Download Kowork

Download Kowork from the official website. Kowork selects the installer for your computer.

If the download does not start, open the latest Kowork release on GitHub and select the file listed for your platform above.

Caution

Only download Kowork from getkowork.com or the official MrHertal/kowork GitHub repository.

Install on macOS

1. Open the downloaded .dmg file.
2. Drag Kowork into the Applications folder.
3. Eject the Kowork disk image.
4. Open Kowork from Applications.

Install on Windows

1. Open the downloaded .exe file.
2. Follow the installer. You can choose where Kowork is installed.
3. Open Kowork when installation is complete.

Note

If Microsoft Defender SmartScreen shows Windows protected your PC, confirm that the installer came from an official source. Select More info, then Run anyway to continue.
